(CSE: GTBE, OTCQB: GTGEF, FWB: 1NZ.F) (“G2BE” or the “Company“) announces further to its previously announced news releases the Company has achieved several important milestones in 2018, summarized below:

–        In cooperation with industry design specialists the company created a technical and organizational plan for current and ongoing pellet production expansion;

–        The recent Property Purchase includes 17 acres of land, all existing buildings, recent upgrades completed by the Company and existing infrastructure, currently valued at 5.7million PLN or approximately $2 million CAD;

–        Purchase of a fully automated bagging system for its pellet production lines. The new bagging system is capable of packaging up to 6.3 tonnes per hour or approximately 3,000 tonnes per month, essentially replacing 8 employees and thereby reducing operating costs;

–        A new biomass feedstock dryer, new pellet and hammer mill and conveyor system (brand new production line) has been installed and testing now completed. The Company expects to have all new equipment fully operating in December 2018 and increase overall end to end production capacity to 3,000 tonnes of pellets per month at its Rzeczenica facility;

–        Signed a lease agreement to operate a new pellet production facility in Szczypkowice with existing licenses in place, for an additional production capacity of up to 3,000 tonnes per month.

The Company has also recently purchased an additional hammer mill for the purpose of grinding wood chips into sawdust which provides G2BE with an additional feedstock source for manufacturing wood pellets.  The new hammer mill enables the company to negotiate and purchase both wood waste sawdust and wood chips from the same suppliers.  With the ability to utilize residual wood chips in addition to saw dust the Company now has access to over 5,000 tonnes of feedstock per month to align with its recent increase in production capacity.

The Company’s planned business objectives for 2019 are to establish and increase production in both facilities and integrate a biomass gasification co-generation plant at the facility in Rzeczenica to further reduce operating costs and increase profitability margins.  The company expects to achieve at least 80% of it’s 3,000 tonnes of production capacity per month in its Rzeczenica facility by end of March 2019 and 80% of its production capacity at both facilities by end of June 2019, for a combined total of 4,800 tonnes of pellet production per month at fiscal year end. The Company currently sells its pellets for an average price of 155 EUR/t ($234 CAD/t).

The President, Slawomir Smulewicz stated, “Our number one priority remains the same, which is to steadily increase pellet production, sales and profitability to ultimately create long term shareholder value.  We now have a steady supply of feedstock and with the previously announced addition of our newly leased Facility in Szczypkowice, and the recent upgrades and equipment installations at our current Facility in Rzeczenica, the Company is well positioned to execute on our growth objectives.”

Grant of Stock Options

Pursuant to its incentive stock option plan, the Company has granted an aggregate of 400,000 Stock Options to certain employees and consultants of the Company. The Stock Options are exercisable for Shares on or before November 26, 2023, at an exercise price of $0.10 per Share.

GREEN 2 BLUE SIGNS NEW LEASE AGREEMENT TO INCREASE PRODUCTION CAPACITY /news/green-2-blue-signs-new-lease-agreement-to-increase-production-capacity/ /news/green-2-blue-signs-new-lease-agreement-to-increase-production-capacity/ Thu, 01 Nov 2018 17:55:59 +0000 / Vancouver, British Columbia – November 1, 2018 – Green 2 Blue Energy Corp. (CSE: GTBE, OTCQB: GTGEF, FWB: 1NZ.F) (“G2BE” or the “Company“) is pleased to announce it has signed a lease agreement (the “Agreement”) with Syndyk Masy Upadlosci Bioen Sp. z o.o. (the “Court Receiver”), to operate a new pellet production facility (the “Facility”).  The Facility is located in the township of Szczypkowice Poland, which lies approximately 83 kilometers west of Gdansk and 130 kilometers north of G2BE’s current pellet operations in Rzeczenica.

The Agreement is currently for a period of two years, whereby the Facility lease payments for the first 6 months are set at 20 thousand, PLN (or Cdn$6,849) per month, 25 thousand, PLN (or Cdn$8,561) for the next three months, 28 thousand, PLN (or Cdn$9,589) for the next three months and 37 thousand, PLN (or Cdn$12,671.23) per month for the remainder of the term.  The Facility is situated on 1.65ha with one building subdivided into 3 zones for feed stock, production and product inventory.  All existing equipment including pellet machines, a drum dryer, hammer mill and full production line are included in the Agreement. The overall production capacity and existing license allow for up to 3,000 tonnes per month.

The Facility originally opened on December 2, 2013 with CAPEX of 32 million PLN (or Cdn$10,958,904) plus VAT spent on a new building and equipment for the purpose of manufacturing biomass pellets from straw. G2BE is currently negotiating favorable contracts with buyers looking to purchase straw pellets. The existing facility, machines and equipment are easily adaptable if necessary to manufacture wood pellets by changing the pellet machine dies to accommodate residual wood sawdust as feedstock instead of straw.

Management will monitor ongoing demand for biomass pellets made from straw in the short term and if required will replace the Facility’s pellet machine dies to allow for the production of wood pellets from residual sawdust instead.  G2BE will use its existing expertise and relationships with its customers to manufacture and sell wood pellet products from the Facility.  The Court Receiver has submitted a request to the bankruptcy court for approval for G2BE to receive first right of refusal with a fixed purchase price to acquire the Facility and property, should the Company choose to do so at any time in the future during the term of the current Agreement.

The Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Slawomir Smulewicz stated, “We see this as an immediate opportunity to further increase our pellet product offering and production capacity for minimal start up costs.  The new Facility is strategically located with numerous feedstock suppliers nearby, it’s close to both the Kolobrzeg and Gdansk shipping ports and no other competitors are currently operating within a 150km radius. With both production facilities in full operation G2BE will have a total pellet production capacity of approximately 6,000 tonnes per month.”

GREEN 2 BLUE ANNOUNCES ANNUAL ENplus A1 CERTIFICATION RESULTS /news/green-2-blue-announces-annual-enplus-a1-certification-results/ /news/green-2-blue-announces-annual-enplus-a1-certification-results/ Wed, 11 Jul 2018 21:54:41 +0000 / Vancouver, British Columbia – July 11, 2018 – Green 2 Blue Energy Corp. (CSE: GTBE, OTCQB: GTGEF, FWB: 1NZ.F) (“G2BE” or the “Company“) is pleased to announce it has just completed its annual independent audit verification for maintaining its ongoing ENplus A1 wood pellet certification. The audit and certification were completed by ENplus approved PCU Deutshland GmbH and all lab testing was conducted by Eurofins Umwelt Ost GmbH (Eurofins), a world leader in food, pharma and environmental laboratory testing.

The 2018 Eurofins lab analysis report confirms G2BE has met or exceeded all of the required parameters to receive the stringent ENplus certification approval. ENplus A1 is the highest international standard for achieving overall wood pellet quality including, consistency, heat value, supply chain and emission regulations.

Highlights of the lab analysis report where G2BE pellets improved or exceeded standards from last years ENplus A1 audit, include an increase in net calorific value (heat value) to 17.8MJ/kg and a decrease in Ash content to 0.3%. In addition, Sulphur, Lead and Mercury levels remain well below the required ENplus standards and significantly lower than bituminous coal, making G2BE pellets an effective and environmentally friendly alternative for Energy companies producing combined heat and power.

The Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Slawomir Smulewicz stated, “Continuing to meet or exceed ENplus A1 standards, ensures G2BE’s pellets remain in high demand with both new and existing customers, giving the Company a competitive advantage while G2BE continues to execute on increasing production and overall growth strategies.”

GREEN 2 BLUE ANNOUNCES PLANNED DESIGN AND OPERATIONAL CHANGES /news/green-2-blue-announces-planned-design-and-operational-changes/ /news/green-2-blue-announces-planned-design-and-operational-changes/ Fri, 27 Apr 2018 12:01:12 +0000 / Vancouver, British Columbia – April 27, 2018 – Green 2 Blue Energy Corp. (CSE: GTBE, OTCQB: GTGEF, FWB: 1NZ.F) (“G2BE” or the “Company“) wishes to announce that further to it’s News Release dated April 19, 2018 announcing recent equipment purchases and facility upgrades, the company is also focusing on operational efficiencies to achieve maximum production and cost effectiveness.

The company, in cooperation with industry design specialists is in the process of creating a technical and organizational plan for not only ongoing pellet production expansion but the addition of the Company’s planned business objective to integrate a biomass gasification co-generation plant.

As a result of preliminary analysis, the company will have 2 independent production lines. The new fully automated production line will have initial production capacity of 1200 tonnes per month and will be extended by the end of 2018 to the level of 3600 tonnes of production per month. The current production line will maintain its monthly capacity at the 1800 tonnes per month level. As a result of this organizational change, the planned total production capacity of the plant in Poland, by the end of 2018, will reach 5,400 tons per month or 64,800 tons of pellets per year.

The President, Slawomir Smulewicz stated, “I am extremely satisfied with the proposed plan provided by our advisors.  Their knowledge and experience will allow Green 2 Blue Energy to optimize the use of our financial resources and operational facilities.  The proposed integration of a biomass gasification co-generation plant will dramatically reduce operating costs, as the gasification system not only generates electricity for our own purposes but the exhaust heat from the generators can be used to dry our raw feedstock delivered to our facility, making it production ready.”
