Due to government pressure to reduce emissions, combined with innovative engineering, more and more power producers continue to build and upgrade facilities to predominantly produce and supply electricity from biomass. Green 2 Blue was founded in 2014 to meet this increasing demand for a cleaner energy alternative to fossil fuels.
With the production of wood pellets made from residual sawdust and wood waste, Green 2 Blue is able to provide a cleaner, renewable fuel to companies that generate and supply electricity. This enables European power plants that were previously fueled by coal to meet their corporate objectives of reducing emissions and ultimately their carbon footprint.

Wood pellets have become a growing source of renewable and sustainable energy generation in the UK and many countries across Europe because they are regarded as having a smaller carbon footprint than traditional fossil fuels and coal.

14 March 2026: Quality checks on bagged ENplus lots included a refreshed moisture sampling sheet for export buyers, plus a short packing list for demo burners that travel with sales kits.
September 2025: Port-side storage notes for Kolobrzeg sailings were updated so residential pellet pallets and commercial bulk bags share clearer load labels before vessel cut-off.
In May 2024 the Rzeczenica team logged a fiber-mix trial using extra sawmill fines, then documented dryer dwell times so winter feedstock stays within ash targets.
Through 2023 we kept a spare hammer-mill screen kit ready for weekend swaps, which cut unplanned downtime when resinous softwood batches arrived late from nearby mills.
